The Developer Hub rejects stockblocker with “This slug is already in use.” However, the public URL currently returns a 404 and I cannot find an active listing using it.
Could you please check whether this slug belongs to an abandoned, incomplete, or otherwise inactive listing and, if appropriate, release or reassign it to my published StockBlocker add-on?
I understand that slugs are not normally taken from active add-ons. I’m asking because this one appears to be unused publicly.
The 404 is expected here, and the slug is genuinely taken. Slugs stay reserved permanently once they have been used, including for add-ons that were deleted, disabled, or never completed. That is a security measure: it stops anyone from claiming the URL of a retired add-on and serving something else to people who still have the old link bookmarked.
So stockblocker won’t become available, and it is not something we can release or reassign.

Could you please check one historical detail: was the reserved stockblocker slug ever associated with my own AMO account or with an earlier draft/add-on I created?
My mailbox shows that my current add-on was assigned stockblockerforfirefox with its first successful AMO submission on 29 October 2018 (add-on ref #1006648), but I may have created an earlier incomplete listing. I am only asking whether the historical owner was my account; I am not requesting information about another developer.
