Self distributed add-on - Awaiting review for over a week

We submitted a new version of our add-on on Nov 25 and the status still says “Awaiting Review”. Ours is a self distributed add-on and reviews are almost always instant.

Any pointers? Should we try submitting a fresh version?

Hi, I had to do an emergency update to my self-signed addon. I uploaded the new version to addons.mozilla.org but unlike before where usually I receive an email within 5 minutes, it’s been almost 30 minutes now and it’s still stuck at “Awaiting review”. So what is going on here exactly…

Hey folks, when your self-distributed extension has been signed you will receive an email from nobody@mozilla.com with a link to where you can download the .xpi file.

If you don’t see the email, can you please check your spam folder to see if it ended up there?

We are still waiting. Not in the spam, and the website says it is still pending, waiting for confirmation
