I want to let Mozilla know that I am very unhappy about the sudden, and very poorly explained, shutdown of Pocket! Pocket was an excellent service. Shutting it down definitely hurts. I have many articles saved there. I thought I could trust Mozilla to do a good job with this. What am I supposed to do know with all the pieces that I saved? How am I going to save them in the future? Your brief and totally unhelpful explanation offers no answers to these questions. This most certainly will affect my opinion of Mozilla going forward.
