Train ENGLISH model and transfer to RUSSIAN

Hi,

Is there any way to use checkpoint v0.6.1 for transfer learning (en -> ru) using deepspeech v0.7.0-alpha.3? Are checkpoints v0.6 and v0.7 compatible?

Would you please tell me where I can get a ready 0.7.0.a3 checkpoint? I would love to train the English model by myself, but my computing resources are not enough for such a large amount of data.
By the way, do I understand correctly that 100 hours of data (Common voice + voxforge) is not enough to train a Russian model from scratch?
