Unable to Reply to a user Review of my add-on

I’ve been able to reply to user reviews in the past, but the latest review has no Reply option. Is there something I need to do to enable Reply? Thanks.

I am indeed logged in.
I login to Developer Hub, then click on 50 reviews for the add-on.


Found out that you can only reply to a review, but not just a rating…
