For some reason I am unable to sign in on this site on my desktop. The log in opens up but quickly goes to an error notice " Cannot GET /wsfed?disable_signup=false&name=email&email=&authParams=&totp=&brute_force_protection=true&store=&strategy_instance=email&wctx=GRZF1llcAgCOMbKeTR3HykpD6DNS36W1&wtrealm=urn%3Aauth0%3Aauth%3Aemail&wa=wsignin1.0"
Can you try clearing cookies for both
auth.mozilla.auth0.com on your desktop, and then logging in again.
You can do this in Firefox by following the instructions here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/delete-cookies-remove-info-websites-stored#w_delete-cookies-for-a-single-site
Hope this helps!
I tried to do that but it didn’t seem to make any difference. Fact is, I can’t sign in to GitHub now.
What’s the error you’re getting with GitHub?
You will need to set up 2FA with Github. You can do that by following these instructions.
Thanks…If I go to: https://github.com/mozilla/addons/issues/366 or: https://github.com/ . But I still can not sign in to Discourse: https://discourse.mozilla.org/c/add-ons/themes I keep getting the error codes.
I really do not want to have to sign in using my phone. I have noticed posts that other people are frustrated with the sign in to Discourse. There has to be some way Firefox can fix this so we can sign in without having to go to all this trouble.
Thank you for trying to help me. I am slowly getting frustrated but I do appreciate all of your help.
Do you have a Firefox account? If so, I believe auth0 will require you to sign in that way instead.
Yes I have a Firefox account. It won’t let me sign in to discourse either. I do not want to mess with my phone to be able to sign in to Discourse. I will just have to live with not being able to sign in to it, I guess. Unless someone can figure out a way for me to sign in like I used to with no problem. I am not the only one out here in Firefox land that is unable to sign in or figure out how to.
