I am unable to submit the addon as it is showing an error attached in screenshots. I have tried changing names and submitting it multiple times but it is not taking it. Please help.
In another thread, the issue was that there were multiple languages, some of which had longer names. Is it possible you are supporting 15 locales?

The default name is probably taken from the _locals folder /…/messages.js file (or from the manifest name key if you don’t use __MSG_app_name__ value).
So maybe if you edit it there and resubmit it, it will work.
