These are exported once a week, and usually voice.mozilla.org gets deployed once a week. The last export with Russian sentences was in February. It seems that there were quite a few reviews done today, so these will be in the next export and next release.
Additionally there is an open Pull Request to enable the extraction from Wikipedia here: Initial addition of the Russian language by iLeonidze · Pull Request #66 · common-voice/cv-sentence-extractor · GitHub. That needs some work done, but eventually result in 1.8 million sentences.
