Uzbek sub discorse

Hi Discourse moderators, how can I get a sub-discourse for Uzbek language? (O’zbek, uz ), there are already tags for Turkish, Catalan etc.

UNDP in Uzbekistan has launched a program to raise awareness of the Common Voice initiatives. They started hiring professional linguists, journalists and developers(like me) to help fill the Common Voice dataset with Uzbek language. We are expecting raise of Uzbek speakers here.
