Similar to how the recording stage should be, we should be able to edit our final choice before submitting.
Someone sent “Hitler did nothing wrong” most likely as a troll and I answered “Yes” as a joke.
But at least with other jokes, you can edit them afterwards.

Seconded. I occasionally tap the wrong button when validating and accidentally approve a clip of silence, or reject a clip that sounds wrong before noticing that there was a mistake in the text and the user actually said it correctly.
You should be able to tap the number again to edit your vote for that clip.
Agreed that also happened to me.
