I’d like to know where add-ons are stored on an Android phone. I’ve checked the Firefox folder in my internal storage, but only downloads appear.

Just seen this question. I’m not certain all versions of Android are the same, but try this.
In settings, apps, Firefox, permissions, make sure Firefox has ‘storage’ permission.
Then try this URL in Firefox for Android:
file:///data/data/org.mozilla.firefox/files/mozilla/
That should show your profile directory, in which the add-ons are stored.
Android apps can only see their own data, so only Firefox can see its profile - unless your device is ‘rooted’.
