Why aren't you processing requests from Bugzilla?

SUMO developers are using GitHub to manage their project nowadays. However, we still keep an eye on Bugzilla as well. Do you have concern about specific issue?

Yes, for my issue https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1727432 no one answered and did not solve it. Should I duplicate it on your GitHub?

Hi. That looks like less of a bug with our platform than a correction to a support article.
