is showing that page can not find but i got approved email from Mozila.
The proper URL would be https://addons.mozilla.org/addon/caniuse/ - the URL in your post seems to omit the “addon” part.
Have you uploaded your extension as listed?

Since it tells you to download it suggests to me that you uploaded it as unlisted/self-distribution.
