I noticed Windscribe’s Chrome/Edge extensions have released version 4.2.2 with the new Anti‑Fingerprinting and privacy updates. Could you please confirm when the corresponding Firefox version will become available on AMO? Thanks!
Windscribe needs to publish their extension into Firefox store, it’s strange that they didn’t yet.
I see 4.2.3 in Chrome store from October 13, 2025.
And 3.4.14.1in Firefox store from September 25, 2025.

The process is the Extension is sent from Windscribe to Mozilla for their final review, Mozilla must review their code for issues and then Mozilla releases it to their Extension Web site. I have discussed with Windscribe and they have sent it for review some time ago.

Yes, addons with a lot of uses must be manually reviewed with each update.
But the manual review usually takes “only” about a week or two, maybe a bit more during the Christmas holiday, but I highly doubt it awaits review since October (when the Chrome version was released).
Maybe there were some issues found during the review?
Perhaps if someone was decent enought to reply from the Mozilla team we would understand, this was the point of my email to begin with. Mozilla are you reviewing this Thread?
