About this session
We are going to set up google colab with two datasets, one of photos from the participant, the other with photos from the queen of England. Then we will use google colab to train a deep fakes model switching the head of the participant with the head of the queen of England.
(If the queen of England is not the best celebrity for this, because UK, we can also use any other public person who would be OK with the joke. I think the Dalai Lama wouldn’t mind).
Goals of this session
For people to understand just HOW EASY it is to create deep fakes. Although they are not (yet) truly convicing, they are surprisingly easy to make and, with some further processing, can make some creepy stuff.
