This can be caused by a proxy server, security software, parental control filter, or other “man in the middle” between Firefox and the site. I don’t think it is related to Firefox’s Developer Tools (the topic of this forum).
As a starting point, set Firefox to “No Proxy” on the Settings page. See: https://support.mozilla.org/questions/1323496
