It’s important that as a group we have common methods of doing things, so that we can effectively process tasks across the whole group.

Infrastructure has a vital part in the group as a whole, and something we’ve been lacking as infrastructure is procedure and documentation.

I’ve started writing up docs for how things should be done. @mrz and @majken I’d love your feedback especially, since you’ve both been pushing for better documentation and procedure for a while.

Would be great if I can get some feedback. @tanner I have no idea what you’ve done with monitoring so far, so please do let me know what I’ve documented incorrectly. Would be great to arrange a time where you can go through monitoring with me, too.

Yes, agreed. There’s a whole list of “standards” we need to think through. You have a very good start on these.

I wonder how I could get myself to London to meet with you all in person over this… :slight_smile:

Couple of Discourse procedures need to be documented too, this is a good template to work off.

@mrz might be worth asking someone over at reps.

As an update, I have a bunch of other workflows as a WIP.
