Continuing the discussion from Access to Monitoring:
Any reason why we aren’t considering New Relic? Or was that omitted accidentally? There is a power in seeing which specific processes are causing performance issues.
I like the idea of a tool list. Time to etherpad!
I missed adding it. I’m unclear how we’re using it to alert.
On Discourse we use it to (or it should) alert us is the Apdex score goes below a certain amount - It’s an early indication that something might be wrong.

Reminder - discussions that are meant to lead to an action or decision being made should have [Action] in the subject. Because I said so.
I merged it into https://wiki.mozilla.org/IT/Community/WG/Infrastructure#Services and cleaned up the tables with Primary & Secondary contacts.
