I don’t know when this started happening but ALL themes I try seem to have the tab portion much darker than the address bar + bookmarks portion, see image attached. Does anyone know the fix to make both parts consistent, I know this isn’t normal?
It is normal. The toolbar has some shading that causes this.
That is normal, I installed the theme on another computer and it shows up like that, is there any way to restore it without the extra brightness?
Tray to install the addon Classic Theme Restorer … it has many customization tools, perhaps you solve
Classic Theme Restorer did the trick! I had to check these two boxes under the Tools bars (3) panel:
Toolbars:
-Navigation Toolbar: Remove background color
Bookmarks Toolbar:
-Remove background color

Thanks jiten87. I didn’t like that there and hadn’t thought to check the Classic Theme Restorer, which I already had installed. Now I’m very happy!
