We’re updating Mozilla’s brand identity using
open source principles and we’d really like your thoughts. Our existing
brand assets (wordmark a few muted colors) aren’t adequate for
communicating what Mozilla is in today’s world. We’re currently in the
Creative Strategy phase. Please share your ideas and thoughts on
directions Mozilla might explore to present itself anew in the world.

When reading about this topic on Telegram my first thought was What is a Creative Strategy phase?. What other phases exist?
I found some definitions by marketing folks on the net, but maybe you know some sources an average Joe (developer, translator or any other non-designer) can understand, too?

The Creative Strategy phase is where we sketch out a few thematic directions that our creative approach will take. Sorry you had to hunt down a definition.
Who’s responsible for the blog? Opening up the Developer Tools and switching to the Console tab lists several Mixed Content Warnings (for example for the header image).
The info-icon next to the URL bar shows a warning triangle which made me look what was wrong. I couldn’t find a contact address on the blog however
