is there a snap/deb installer for firefox developer edition on linux?

I haven’t found a web page linking to them, but we have them on our download server, https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/69.0b9/snap/.
Is that the same as https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/developer/ ?
Not sure if i am getting this right, what i want is the version with this latest firefox tools, the one with the source map changes
Sorry, started looking in the wrong place. They’d be beneath https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/devedition/releases/69.0b9/, and there are none. There’s a bug on file, https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1447064, which says “patches welcome”.
Any news on this topic?
Running snap find firefox outputs only the standard release.
It can be installed with ubuntu make. However, the installation isn’t in a custom directory, probably for security reasons (?).
