Does Total Cookie Protection mean that I don't need to use Multi-account containers?

According to the explanation given by Mozilla on the Total Cookie Protection feature, it seems that every website is put in a new container or ‘cookie-jar’ as Mozilla calls it.

Does this mean that there is no need for the Multi-account container addon from a privacy point of view?

The third party cookies are in a separate cookie jar so they don’t cross over between sites. Containers are still useful to visit the same site when you want different first party cookies for different contexts, like work-related searches versus personal searches.
