Domain not accessible

Hi everyone,
I am finding that I have been unable to connect to my Mozilla IoT gateway using an external tunneled domain that I have registered but I am able to access it through both gateway.local and it’s IP address on my home network. I tried to reflash the IoT gateway but it still does not let me in.

In the logs it says this after trying to reclaim my domain.

As the log indicates, you need to wait a while before trying to register your domain. You’re hitting a rate limit with Let’s Encrypt, which is what’s used to generate a TLS certificate (which is required for the tunneled domain).

Ah okay, this actually lost connection a few days ago and I have only got round to trying to sort thanks for clarifying :slight_smile:
