Hi. I’ve been trying to download my add-on for two days now. When I check the zip file, I get the error “Your add-on failed validation with 1 error.” But when I look at the log, it shows there aren’t even any warnings. What’s the problem?
Try to use a different library to create the zip file.
The AMO server cannot read zip files created by certain libraries for some reason.
Also, are you deploying it from your android phone? 
I’ve archived this way many times and downloaded add-ons to AMO from my phone and everything was fine.
And have you tried removing the update_url as the linter suggested?
The warning disappeared, but the file still won’t load for some unknown reason.

If you see the first screenshot, below the error there is a small text indicating that there is duplicate add-on ID, that’s why you can’t upload it.
The UI needs a lot of improvement and we are currently working on that. Apologies for the confusion.
