Error when submitting new version of extension: "Oops! We had an error"

I am trying to submit a new version of my Firefox extension, Clippings, through the AMO site. When the validation step finished, I clicked the button to continue to the next step, but am instead taken to an error page with the message: “Oops! We had an error.” As a result, I’m unable to complete the process of submitting the new version.
