Two ways to make suggestions to Mozilla:
• Suggest the idea with Mozilla Connect. https://connect.mozilla.org/
• Report the issue in Bugzilla. Bugzilla Main Page
There are also more active discussion rooms on the Matrix. Matrix - MozillaWiki
There is a room on Firefox Enterprise which would be the best place to ask, but the room doesn’t seem to be very active. But some good contacts might be subscribed.
