I have tried in many ways but I have not succeeded, I do not understand if it is my fault or that of the remote server, I cannot reach the site from any device.
Raspberry is connected and seems to be working.

I’d recommend first looking at the log in ~/.mozilla-iot/run-app.log to see if there are any errors.
Sorry but how do I reach raspberry it is an sd card with the image mounted following these instructions: https://iot.mozilla.org/docs/gateway-getting-started-guide.html
I have never been able to access the raspberry commands.
I didn’t know how to do it and I reinstalled again, recovered the domain and now it works, thanks
