Hello,
Our Firefox add-on (1VPN) has just received about 250 1-star reviews within the span of an hour. This sudden spike has nearly doubled the total number of reviews and significantly lowered the overall rating.
The reviews are all from newly created accounts with generic usernames like “Firefox user 18929148.”
What can be done to remove these spam reviews? I’m concerned this will negatively impact our install rate due to the drop in ratings.
