As a solo business owner handling over $1M in annual B2B sales, almost everything runs through my gmail inbox. The problem was that relevant threads (invoices, quotes, projects, leads) got buried and I kept losing track.
I tried spreadsheets and full CRMs (pipedrive which is relatively simple -or it was-), but both were either too much work or complete overkill for a one-person team.
So I built this simple addon (mail2follow) that groups relevant conversations (eg: invoices, quotes, projects…) in a dedicated section right inside gmail, so it’s easy for me to get a clear picture and follow up any time. I can also add private notes on the customer / lead, and with AI I can generate a template of the next folow up.
I’ve been using it daily and it’s made a big difference for me. Right now I’m the only real user though, so I’d love honest feedback from other Firefox users who live in their inbox.
