Add-on page should have the sense of a particular add-on installment and change accordingly and should not allow the user to download it again.
Totally agree, i been asking this why or how come this was never added. I dont want to go back and forth wondering if i have it or what version it is. They should like you have shown if you have it installed AND if there is a new version to show underneath a new version was added.
ps: I dont like the new addons page. Annoying and missing so many addons. Seem like 3/4 of them gone.
