at using any sort of dpi scaling for high resolution or wide monitors the scroll bars causes the grab section to be only one pixel wide, also it needs to have aces to the farthest pixel to the right or left(depending orientation)ideally so that users shouldnt have to play with the 1 pixel margin and can simply blindly slap the mouse to the right|left of the screen and drag down, this problem is present in all operating system distros.

Glad this got sorted. Thanks for reporting it, the 1 pixel grab area on scaled displays is the kind of thing that’s easy to miss until it annoys you daily.
