Long waiting for Review?

I wrote a small extension that conveniently changes the case of selected text in various formats based on the user’s selection.

I want to understand why publishing approval takes so long, and where the preliminary waiting period is indicated, since it doesn’t say it takes from minimum to maximum days or anything like that.

It used to be ~10 days for me, but there seems to be a lot of new AI generated submissions lately so the waiting is likely higher.
