My IP Address has been blocked

I recently tried to submit a request for a Firefox add-on through the Developer Hub. However upon filling the form and resolving the CAPTCHA, I was met with a message that read: “Multiple submissions violating our policies have been sent from your location. The IP address has been blocked.”

I have not received any email from Mozilla detailing the reasons for the ban or ways to appeal. Here are my details:

Username: Firefox user 19972071

I created my account on June 7th and have never published an add-on before I’m not sure why I’m getting flagged. I also sent two emails to amo-admins@mozilla.com with no response.

Please let me know how to proceed.

Hi @ni-ui and thanks for reaching out.

I am sorry you didn’t receive a response to your email to amo-admins@mozilla.com. The only support platform we currently have is Discourse here, so you are in the right place. Also, I am curious, how did you come up with that address?

Do you happen to access the web through a shared network like a library, internet cafe, or something?

Did you try again since then? Can you access your account now?
Thank you

Hi chris,

Yes I was able to submit my add-on! I have only been accessing the web through my home network and I found the support email through one of the forum posts
