I infrequently update an addon associated to my account. The extension ID is epic-firefox-addon@appliedsystems.com and the account that I believe owns it is this one that I’m posting from.
When I sign in now, I no longer see that addon listed. And I need to do an update.
Can someone please help me understand if it was deactivated due to lack of activity? Or if I’ve somehow lost track of which account I use to manage this addon? Or something else?

Hey @kellis-applied! Unfortunately I can’t tell what Mozilla account you used to post this. Can you DM me the email address of the account? Once I have that I can verify whether or not the add-on you mentioned (which still exists) is associated with that account.
Thanks for following up over DM. Neither of the accounts you provided are the owner of that add-on. It looks like the email address for account that owns this add-on may have been provided by your employer. Hope that helps
