Also this request should be more general (#mozillians ?), since all Mozilla sites use Google Analytics and I assume Common Voice just followed the guidelines.

Is there a public doc about the policy about which tool to use for web analytics? Which I guess is what @akuckartz wants to know in order to make a case to use tool X instead.
