Please help me get doc.new to open in a container. In my experience, it will open in just a regular (non-contianer) tab

Dear friends,
Love this extension. This is one huge reason why I use Firefox.

I’m posting because I’d like to know how to get a container to always open “doc.new”.

Doc.new is the short url google has created to open a new document. I can’t seem to get a container to open doc.new; it always open in just a non-container tab.

Hi,

Sadly, it isn’t possible at the moment to manually add an url to a container with the official extension. In the meantime, this extension offers this feature https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/containerise/ and it should be compatible with the Mozilla extension.
