Title: Developer locked out of 2FA on AMO account - Support ticket referred me here

Body:

Hi AMO Team,

I am an individual add-on developer and I have been completely locked out of my developer account due to a lost 2FA device and missing backup codes.

I contacted Mozilla Support (Ticket with Sofia Zuniga), but they closed my ticket because I do not have a public homepage linked in the “More Information” section of my add-on store page. They instructed me to post here on the Discourse forum for further guidance regarding my add-on account.

This is my original extension, and I desperately need to regain access to my old account to maintain it for my users. I do not want to abandon this listing or my user base.

How I can prove ownership to an AMO Admin:

I can reply directly from the exact email address associated with the developer account.

I have downloaded the public production package and can verify specific code details, version histories, and submission dates that match your internal backend logs.

If an admin can provide a unique token or verification string, I am willing to inject it into a package and email it directly to prove I have full capability to modify the extension.

Could an AMO administrator please look into my internal listing records to help me recover my account?

Thank you,

Santheesh
