Can't sign in to developer account: "You do not have permission to perform this action."

When logging into my developer account on addons.mozilla.org, I am prompted to enter my 2FA code, and after doing so this is all I see:

This issue seems to have begun recently.

i have the same. I tried to unbind apple account but it didn’t help

Hey @abgros. I can’t say for certain without more info about your account, but based on that message I suspect that your account was most likely suspended. I’d suggest checking your email (and possibly spam filter) for any emails from a @mozilla.org email address.

i checked but no other emails from mozilla than login confirmation/login codes. what additional information would you need to help me? i have sent an email to “amo-admins@mozilla.com“ but no response so far.

@dotproto I haven’t gotten any emails since the original one. I sent an inquiry amo-admins@mozilla.com on August 16 but never got a response.
