Not as an adapter. However, you could build a web thing using one of the many libraries we have available, then add it to the gateway. You’ll need the “Web Thing” add-on installed.
There should be stand alone software for RaspberryPi zero convert to extensions/hubs, connecting anywhere in the same network like other webthings. I would like to use it in my every room and access from a gateway with RaspberryPi3/4B.
