Thanks so much everyone, without your help we wouldn’t have been able to quickly flag this issue, test the potential solutions and deploy it on the same day 
I have been getting “Upload of this clip keeps failing, keep retrying?” errors yesterday and today. (500 Internal server error when POSTing to https://commonvoice.mozilla.org/api/v1/sv-SE/clips)
