Is the Snap package, which was available from https://snapcraft.io/webthings-gateway available. The current link is broken.
Has this project moved elsewhere?

That is a good question. Our listings for WebThings Gateway and WebThings Shell were set to “unlisted” because we haven’t yet released a stable snap release of either, but as I understand it the listings should still be accessible by entering the URL directly.
I have asked on the Snapcraft forums.
Kind regards
Ben
@Antonio_Benci FYI the listings have now re-appeared. I’m trying to find out whether this is because I changed them from “unlisted” to “public”, or some other reason, but you should be able to see them again now.
Thanks for the update.
I’m looking at testing several NUC based WebThings Server setup. I have access to several versions of Celeron [N3540] and i3 based Multimedia NUCs.
Cheers.
@Antonio_Benci That’s cool, I have used both the 2.0.0-beta.1 Docker image and the experimental snap on Intel NUCs and it seems to run well.
