In our efforts to diversify the Reps Peers governance body, we are adding Ankit Gadgil from Pune, India to the Reps Peers. Ankit has been an active Rep for the past six years. Since 2014 he has been mentoring Reps and he also served two terms on the Reps Council .

Inactive rep
There are some mentors asking for how to report mentee that is not active anymore - for now, we will just wait until yearly NDA renewing phase to find out who had become inactive.
Rep OKRs
Hello Reps,
I would like to inform you that the Reps Council has created the OKRs for the program for the 3rd quarter of 2018. The OKRs were based on the second half year plan for the program we work on San Francisco All Hands.
O1: Reps are aligned with the shared leadership agreements and the program has an onboarding aligned with Community Participation guidelines (CPG)
