there are great number of errors that thunderbird gives with outlook.

Lots of people trouble with outlook.com, so you are not alone. You might start with https://www.lifewire.com/access-outlook-in-thunderbird-3572532
Instead of posting to a general topic, you should file a new topic of your own by clicking the “+” in the boxy button.
