What's the trick to use WebTransport with self-signed certificate on Nightly?

On Chromium 136 I can use a local HTTP/3 WebTransport server with self-signed certificates, make requests to that local server, and get responses from that local server in DevTools console.

Firefox Nightly 138 fails to make the WebTransport request at all.
