i uploaded an addon through addon developer portal , but I am unable to see it in firefox Add-ons Manager and i am unable to see the option of LISTING VISIBILITY also
It sounds like you chose the self-hosting option when you uploaded that version. Try uploading a new version and choosing the Hosted on this Site option in the first step. (this needs to be done on the website, not the web-ext tool)
