Great work on this big exercise. 
Here are some comments:
- The date (with its
<p>element) isn’t part of the address. You should place it after the address. - You can omit the last
<br>in the addresses since the end of the blocks automatically breaks the line. - The
</time>of the third semester should go after the date (like the others). - You should use
<cite>around the source of the quote:<cite>Bill S Preston, <abbr title="esquire">Esq</abbr></cite>
As you see, only some minor things. Everything else is fine.
