Hi, I recently removed an old Extension (never published) and I want to use the Add-on-URL of this old Extension, but it seems not working. I get “This address name is already in use. Please choose a different one.” But the name isnt in use. Maybe I have to wait a little, until I can use this previous Add-on-URL?

When you say you removed an old add-on, how did you remove it?
To the best of my knowledge, if you use the “Delete Add-on” button at the bottom of the add-on’s versions page in Developer Hub, the add-on’s slug becomes available and can be used by another add-on. On the other hand, if you change the add-on’s “listing visibility” or removed all versions of the add-on so it’s no longer available, the slug will remain in use.
Thanks for your reply. Yes, I removed via “Delete Add-on”. Also if I try to reach the the original Extension-URL it shows “Oops! We can’t find this page.”. But if I try to use it, its not available.
Hm. That’s quite odd. I just tested the deletion flow and saw that the add-on’s slug was available immediately after deletion. Could you share the slug you’re trying to use? I may be able to dig a bit deeper into what’s happening here.
The slug is “kleinanzeigen-enhanced”. Thanks in advanced
