I created a small extension that want to permanently install it just for me, and I am not able to do it. Only as “Temporary”. It seems I need to register it, even to use it for myself…??
Yet, I am unable to access the AMO developer portal. Every time I attempt to log in at Developer Hub :: Add-ons for Firefox , I am redirected to the Firefox Accounts login page, and after successfully authenticating I receive the following response:
{“detail”:“You do not have permission to perform this action.”}
My Firefox Account login is working normally (I can see the sign-in notification emails), so the issue appears to be specific to AMO. I have not received any suspension or policy violation notice.
I am trying to sign and distribute a small personal Firefox extension I developed. Could you please check the status of my AMO account and restore access if it has been suspended in error?
