Rules using the Clock Thing adjust themselves for DST. So test for Clock = 5:00pm October, now Clock = 4:00pm. Not what I expected.

This is fixed in the upcoming 0.10 release.

Thanks for the solution! I was just about to post this same issue after updating the hour value in my rules…
