I checked customise menu, add-ons menu i cant see it. Even after reinstall! I checked in the profiles I can see the xpi package installed but doesnt show up in the toolbar. please assist.
If you see it in the profile and don’t see it in the Add-ons Manager (under Extensions), then something is wrong with your profile. In that case I suggest you go to https://support.mozilla.org/ and look for help there.
